Iredell Memorial Hospital, IMH, is a nonprofit, 247-bed hospital, owned by the citizens of Iredell County. IMH is dedicated to providing award-winning care to the community. They are committed to practicing advanced healthcare within the walls of a compassionate community hospital.

Over the course of the last decade, OptiMed has proven to be a reliable and consistent partner, providing exceptional inpatient care and leadership. OptiMed understands the major challenges of hospital medicine and has developed successful solutions for improving quality of care, eliminating inefficiencies, and improving interdisciplinary communication and collaboration.

We have tailored our inpatient hospital program to help streamline the admission process and decrease throughput time. Through OptiMed’s partnership there has been a decreased length of stay, increased early discharges, reduction in readmissions, improved clinical outcomes, and increased patient satisfaction.

Our presence in the IMH SNF, as well as several others in the surrounding area, allows us to enable seamless transitions to post-acute care.
