This week, we added two new talents to the OptiMed administrative team to support and streamline our operations: Mrs. Susan Kaplan and Mrs. Alica Hayes. Mrs. Kaplan will be starting on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 to support our physicians, scheduling, and billing and Mrs. Hayes will join us on Monday, February 1, 2015 to support our billing. We welcome you to stop by our new office and say hello to our practice manager and our two new hires.
