OptiMed offers a presence that supersedes what our competitors offer. We provide medical directorship by an experienced physician that is present in the facility 2-3 days a week, and an advanced practice provider in each facility 5 days a week. We provide 24/7 coverage by phone when we are not physically present at the facility. Current services within the SNFs are, but not limited to, 24-hour skilled nursing care, post-surgical care, wound care management, pain management, IV therapy including IV antibiotics, nutritional monitoring, neurological, cardiac, and stroke recovery, and physical, speech, and occupational therapy.
